The Barbers Leeds – Re-opening Changes

There are many changes in place, please take the time to read our updates page, but here’s a quick summary before you book:

Appointments only – online bookings
Bookings can only be made online, we are not accepting bookings or cancellations over the phone, and no walk-in services

You must turn up on time, alone
Please arrive prompt, and arrive on your own

Washed hair, no products
Your hair must be recently-washed, with no products in

Hair appointments only
As per govt. guidelines we cannot offer beard services at this time

No waiting area, no toilets
Customers must wait outside, and toilets are not available at this time

No hot drinks
We cannot currently provide any hot drinks, although you can bring your own

Masks must be worn
Please use your own face mask f possible, as we have only limited supplies

Price & service changes
Some services are temporarily unavailable, and to reflect increased costs (PPE, longer service times etc), we have adjusted our prices

Our hygiene procedures
All staff will be wearing PPE, clean gowns will be used for each client and stations will be cleaned after each client

Fair policy applies
As costs have significantly increased we have implemented a Fair Policy where charges will apply for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the appt, and no shows (where the client does not turn up), see our Fair Policy for more information.

Card payments only
We cannot accept cash payments at this time, all payments only by card. We can charge the card used to book your appointment, or you can pay by contactless means.

Please reschedule if you are unwell
If you or anyone in your household or work environment has had symptoms at any time, please cancel your appointment and self-isolate at home in accordance with published NHS advice
