Booking information
As part of the online booking process, all clients will be required to provide payment details, nothing is charged at the time of booking, however as part of our ‘Fair Policy’, fees may be charged later as follows:
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before appointment:
100% of the booked service price
• No show (Client does not arrive within 10 mins of the appointment time and did not cancel):
100% of the booked service price
We are asking all Customers to use our online booking service (Fresha) to manage their appointments, from here you can easily view, amend and cancel upcoming appointments 24/7. This is easier than trying to phone/email us.
Fresha app is also available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store
Access, facilities & payment information
Disabled Access: we have a portable wheelchair ramp available for entry plus portable backwash and accessible toilets
Refreshments: a choice of hot & cold refreshments are available
Facilities: customer toilets are available
Payment method accepted: Cash & all major cards accepted, including contactless
