You could qualify as a Barber in as little as 60 days!  From introductory to Level 3 NVQ, Headhunters Academy offers a wide range of courses for you to train and qualify as a barber at our academy in Leeds city centre.

LAFHAB was set up in 2011 with a mission to provide further education with high quality hairdressing and barbering training.  We continue to offer part time and full time education to learners with  more in-depth, personal and completely flexible level of training that was not available anywhere else.

Since then, we have had hundreds of people qualify, and we are continually amazed by the success stories we hear.  Many of our students have gone on to open their own business.  Some are working in film & TV and others have started a new life abroad with their internationally-recognised qualifications.

We endeavour to train barbers and hairdressers to a high standard, using the latest skills and techniques in hairdressing and barbering through our courses.  We also provide flexibility and a training environment that makes everyone feel welcome.

Following the acquisition by Headhunters group, we now pool talent and resources from multiple location to offer additional training opportunities, including 1-day workshops an apprenticeships.
